  • What are your Check-in and Check out times?
    Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.
  • What if I am running late, do you offer late check-in?
    Yes, please call our office 954-428-1000 for our late check-in procedures.
  • What are your front desk hours?
    Our front desk hours are Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday: Closed.
  • What is your advance deposit requirement?
    The full amount of your stay plus tax is due at time of booking.
  • What is your smoking policy?
    Property and units are non-smoking: Strictly Enforced. We kindly ask that you use the ashtrays located at the North and South gates of our parking lot.
  • What is your pet policy?
    Only service animals are permitted on this property.
  • What is your parking policy?
    We offer complimentary parking for registered guests. One space will be provided for every one-bedroom apartment. We offer two spaces for our two-bedroom apartment. All unregistered guests visiting a registered guest MUST check-in at the office to receive a daily parking pass. Spaces are limited and are granted only if our resort is not at full-capacity. All unregistered vehicles will be towed by Westway Towing at the owners expense.
  • Do you offer free parking?
    Yes, every registered guest is provided one parking space per one-bedroom and two spaces for the two-bedroom.
  • Do you have a laundry facility?
    Yes, we have a guest laundry facility across from the office. We offer two coin washers and dryers.
  • Do you offer beach chairs and umbrellas?
    Yes, we offer beach chairs and umbrellas. You can locate them within our office and near the beach access gate.
  • Are you allowed to exchange towels and linens?
    Yes, we offer beach, bath, and linen exchange every Monday and Tuesday between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
