NO SMOKING OR VAPING INCLUDING ALL ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES OR TOBACCO OF ANY KIND WITHIN THIS BUILDING & COMMON AREAS
Please use the designated areas within our parking lot near the north & south gates with provided ashtrays.
IF ANY RESIDUAL ODOR IS REPORTED AFTER CHECKING OUT OF YOUR UNIT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 CLEANUP FEE
Pet Policy
No pets of any kind are permitted on this property.
If pet(s) or evidence of pet(s) are found at the property without prior approval by Berkshire Beach Club, you will be asked to vacate immediately. This applies to Cats, Dogs, or any other living animal or reptile. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. This includes visiting pets.
Service animals are permitted that are compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act Law. A service animal is not a pet. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
Guest Policy
All guests visiting during your stay MUST check in to the office. If parking spaces are available, your guest may receive a day parking pass APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT that they MUST place on their dash at all times. IF no parking pass is visible and/or you are parked without management approval. Your vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
Occupancy Rules
Florida Fire Code Prevention restricts occupancy restrictions. One bedroom apartments allow a MAXIMUM CAPACITY of 4. Two bedroom apartments allow a MAXIMUM CAPACITY of 6.
